Technical Instructions for Speakers

A data projector is provided in all rooms, should you require additional equipment please liaise with Duncan Large and Hilary Brown at author-translator@swansea.ac.uk.

Speakers using the laptop provided by the University should ensure their presentation is saved as a Powerpoint, PPT file not X. Please bring your presentation on a data-stick or CD.

If Apple Mac users would like to use their own laptop then please ensure that you have the correct adaptor to connect to the LCD projector. Please advise in advance so that scheduling can allow for this.
